Les has been involved with real estate (in Australia) since 1982. Over many years he has collected a vast array of knowledge and collected many varied experiences in all aspects of real estate. He listens and understands his client’s needs. Les has a strong holistic approach.

His resume includes lecturing at REIWA, general manager of large real estate companies, He has also owned his own real estate agencies. Les has worked with many property owners and tenants to ensure a relaxed no-stress approach to satisfy clients' requirements. Les has a loyal following of clients and he joins House Proud Realty to manage an existing portfolio of mainly commercial tenancies - a mix of industrial, office and retail. He will also help build the portfolio of residential properties under management. Les prides himself on being able to lead teams, providing a high level of guidance and advice.

Les is also accredited with REIWA for commercial leasing and management.
